The U.S. Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) and Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota have entered into an agreement as part of OPM’s continued effort to close skills gaps, increase Federal employees' access to high-quality, affordable educational resources, and further develop and sustain the Federal workforce.
The agreement provides a grant in an amount equal to 10 percent of its charges for tuition and a waiver of the standard application fee for all online and/or on-campus School of Graduate and Professional degree programs, certificate programs, and any individual courses to all Federal employees, their spouses and dependents.
