Recruiting Strategies - Persons with Disabilities
OPM, in consultation with the White House, the Department of Labor (DOL), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the Office of Management and Budget (OMB), has developed, as required by Executive Order (EO) 13548, model recruitment and hiring strategies for agencies to use to increase their employment of people with disabilities.

These strategies are intended to get you started on that path. As new successful strategies come to light, we will communicate them to you so that the Federal Government leads the way on this important issue.
