This seminar is designed for Senior Executive Service (SES) members, GS-15s and their equivalents in state, local and international government. As with other Federal Executive Institute (FEI) Organizational Leadership programs, this seminar helps senior executives plan, communicate and implement the steps between strategic vision and successful execution of that vision.
