Course Title: FLRA - Federal Service Impasses Panel Process and Procedures Training - Version 2

Course Description: The Federal Service Impasse Panel Process and Procedures Training, Version 2, now has an additional lesson. Lesson Four, entitled, "FSIP and Alternative Work Schedules Impasses" examines the role FSIP has in resolving Federal sector impasses involving alternative work schedules (AWS). It provides users information on the two primary types of employee work schedules that fall under AWS and compares the differences in resolving AWS impasses arising under the Federal Employees Flexible and Compressed Work Schedules Act, and the Federal Service Labor-Management Relations Statute.
