All visitors to this site are encouraged to register with HRU. Registering allows HRU to provide you with updates
and other important notifications to help you achieve your HR career goals.
In addition, all individuals who register using a valid federal government email address will be able to take courses
offered on this site. The courses will be provided with on-line features including course completion documentation,
the option to print a course completion certificate, and the ability to bookmark your progress, allowing you to exit
a course and return to the point at which you left.
To register for this site, you must provide your name and email address (NOTE:
all federal government employees should
register using their government email address). The system will then send a special link to the email address that you
provided. When you use the special link to return to the site, you will be prompted to enter a password of your own
choosing to complete the registration process.
