The Federal Arbitration Process: From the Origin of Disputes to FLRA Review
Course Description:
This course provides a detailed look at the arbitration process, from how disputes originate, through review by the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA). The course also covers important themes in arbitration, such as an arbitrator’s authority and common jurisdictional issues that arise in the arbitration process. It also addresses the grounds on which a party may appeal to the FLRA for the review of an arbitration award.
