Course Title: Leadership in Organizations

Course Description: Course Number: MBU 663; Covers leadership theory and the process of leading in both the private and the public sector. Relates the leadership function to organizational development. Covers topics such as managers versus leaders; managing from a global perspective; ethical dilemmas in leadership; gender and leadership; leading through empowerment.

Note: As this course is part of the M.A. in HRM curriculum, prospective students must submit an application, transcripts and resume/CV. To access the application pdf, click here. A total of no more than 3 courses may be taken from CUA as a non-matriculating degree student.

Schedule/Duration: 2.5 hour course once a week; offered each semester
